Cascade Insurance are diamonds. They're always available whenever I have last minute needs and they have fantastic customer service. They answer the phone QUICKLY. On the one occasion they just weren't able to help me I had a call from a contact at an adjacent firm within a couple of hours. Fantastic service

I have worked with Julie and Cascade Insurance for over a year now and having worked with other brokers in the past I can say cascade has been the best. Julie quick grasped my business and asked me questions other brokers hadn’t. This meant that we found several areas for improvement. The main reason I have found for working with a broker is to have someone who can answer questions about policies (and find good coverage) but over the last year as odd questions have come up cascade have been able to give almost instant replies even when there have been unusual circumstances. I would certainly recommend cascade insurance to other people.
