I have worked with Julie and Cascade Insurance for over a year now and having worked with other brokers in the past I can say cascade has been the best. Julie quick grasped my business and asked me questions other brokers hadn’t. This meant that we found several areas for improvement. The main reason I have found for working with a broker is to have someone who can answer questions about policies (and find good coverage) but over the last year as odd questions have come up cascade have been able to give almost instant replies even when there have been unusual circumstances.
